It was 71 years ago today...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RODNEY!

We are in sunny Hawaii. We arrived last Friday night...everything is great! Dad is in the ocean doing his monk seal imitation with his Navy buddy Norm. Mom and I are heading down to the pool. Aloha!

From our brother Jim's blog... The gang on Christmas day at the Edelwiess Resort in Gramisch, Germany.
It is a really nice place with great facilities. We got some time in the mountains on Germany's highest peak, the Zugspitz, where we had lunch. Grandma and Grandpa went up to the top with us and then spent the afternoon relaxing at the carasoul restaraunt on the glacier while we skied.
Brian, Joellen, Paul and Emmet all rocked in the next morning for Christmas day. After some relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi, we ate a big Christmas buffet dinner with roast turkey, ham and beef with all the fixin's. For us, it was a quick 3 night holiday, but everyone had a great time. The 'rents and Bri's crew stay on for the rest of the week.

Holidazzle 2007

The Peters clan hit the Holidazzle parade with style and panache last night as Elmer's company, Analysts International, was the event sponsor for the evening. Jack was a snow monkey and I (Jenny) was a clown in the circus train float.

Not pictured is Chris as Captain Hook, Michael as Peter Pan, Rachel as Wendy, Eric and Sam as mice, and EJ as a last-minute jingle elf with Santa's sleigh. Despite the freezing temperatures a good time was had by all.

Today was Noah Steven's baptism at St. Mark's in Mayer. It was a nice day including great weather and a small brunch afterwards. Noah was as calm as could be until his nuk was removed for the photo op.
